Please recommend a real estate or tax attorney in Phoenix, Arizona.
I own a home in the Phoenix metro area worth about $65,000 and on which I owe $180,000. I am considering both a short sale and foreclosure. Can you recommend a real estate attorney or tax attorney who can help me examine the financial and tax implications of each? If you do not have a personal recommendation, how can I find a good attorney who can consult with me for a reasonable price?
