I'm looking for great deals on groceries...

Is there any way for me to be automatically notified when certain foods go on sale at any stores in my area?

I love to use coupons on top of the sale prices of my favorite foods, but it can be a real hassle to have to look through the weekly fliers of every local store in order to find when and where those foods will be on sale. Does anyone know of any good apps or sites where you'll be informed(by email or whatever) of any particular food items going on sale at stores near your zip code?

Take Boost Plus drinks, for instance. I've got a ton of coupons for them, and I used to always be able to count on Rite Aid to put it on sale regularly, but they only seem to put Boost regular formula on sale anymore. It'd be great if I could be automatically notified when another store potentially put Boost Plus on sale.

As an added bonus, it'd be great if I could be informed not only that any given food is on sale somewhere locally, but also that coupons are currently available for that food item; but I'm most concerned about the former.

If possible, I'd hope to find the service I'm describing for free, but I'll definitely consider paying for it if I found a source that could do a good job of it.

My local Whole Foods has a Twitter account that posts sales. You might see if any your stores do the same thing.

On Food on the Table you can pick grocery stores that you visit and after filling out a checklist of foods that you're interested in, it will send you list of sale items that week that match your interests.
