Best tweaks for jailbroken iphone?

Thanks to the easy new web-based jailbreaking tool, even an idiot like me was able to jailbreak my iPhone4. I've been enjoying it for a few days, but there are a few functionalities that I'd love to add to my phone, that I can't seem to find on Cydia, etc. I'm pretty new at this, so can anyone help me find an easy way to tweak my phone in the following ways

1) Audio out for phone calls. I can listen to Pandora via my car's aux-in jack, I'd love to be able to make a phone call the same way
2) View Maps app in landscape. I don't want a separate app like widemaps. I just want to be able to turn the Maps app (which I use all the time) sideways, to get a wider view of the map, like I can with other GPS programs
3) Do you have other favorite usability tweaks for your jailbroken iPhone? For example, I'm so happy with SBSettings, which solved my top-two pet peeves: a one-step wifi switch, and putting the date on the status bar! The new Frash has also proven (somewhat) useful, thus-far. Any other favorites you'd like to share?

LockInfo is my favorite app, followed by SB Settings. It's a paid app, but it's great for quick looks at calendars, notifications, and mail. I can't help you out with your first two questions.

I use my unbroken 3G to make calls through my car radio via the aux connection. iP4 won't do this? Doesn't the iP4 make calls through the headphones like the rest do?

1) This works natively, just don't put the phone in "speaker" mode. I do this all the time in the car. (iPhone4)
2) There isn't any tweak I know of to do that. There were some old apps like wide map that allowed for landscape turned maps.
3) With sbsettings and the tethering app I'm actually pretty satisfied with the functionality of the phone. I like using themes sometimes but that's about it.

2) Apple/Google would need to write the Maps app to rotate. Jailbreaking doesn't change that. So you're stuck in portrait or going to another maps app.

Best answer: Google Voice Central is fantastic if you have a Google Voice number. iSearch saves some clicks when you want information fast. Wi-Fi Sync really works if you'd like to sync without a cable. Five Icon Dock allows you to keep five items in your dock instead of four.
