Online support for depression

Looking for a decent online support group for chronic depression.

I'm male, mid-30s, atheist, childfree, and don't necessarily need a community with identical demographics. But I've only been finding online support groups with older, religious, lets-all-have-a-group-hug dynamics. I need instead a comfortable place to discuss practical advice, medication, and treatment options. Mailing lists are preferred over web forums but I'm not picky.

askmefianonymous6@gmail.com is my throwaway in case you'd like to remain private.

thank you all. :-|

crazyboards no- religious, pro-med, pro-therapy, and the main rule is that you cannot be a bigger asshole than the mods.

Crazy Meds - also non religious but more med oriented.

Neither are a replacement for irl therapy, but they're both great support groups online.
