Can this kitchen be saved?

Does anyone make 27-inch electric kitchen ranges anymore? I know about this one, but it's the only one I can find. Extra points for one that's stainless steel and under a thousand dollars.

I don't know about 27-inch ranges beyond the one you link to, but there are a number of 24 inch ones at this site.

Sears has some around $1000.

Best answer: The big-box stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, etc) only carry the most popular models by the most popular brands. Check your local independent appliance dealer; they can special order stuff from quality manufacturers you've never heard of, in enough sizes and styles to make your head spin. It's a lot easier than trying to wade through search results, too. Just walk in and say "I'd like a 27-inch electric range, preferably stainless, for under a thousand dollars." This is the kind of order your local independent dealer is just itchin' to fill. :)
