I've got nothing witty, I just need to talk.

Can you recommend a queer-, kink-, poly-friendly therapist on the Main Line or near KoP (in the vicinity of Philadelphia)?
I don't need a specialist in any particular pathology. I need somebody to talk to about some shit going down in my life. But I also need somebody who won't try to cure me of my identity.
It would be nice if they were in the <$120/session range, as I don't have insurance and will be paying cash. Flexible, non-business hours would just be the ganache on the cake.

Call Mazzoni's Counseling and Behavioral Health Program and either ask for an intake if you feel like they may meet your needs or ask them to refer you to someone in private practice who does.

Any good therapist won't do that. They've usually seen and heard it all and it's their job to help you find and/or accept yourself and work on the things you want to work on. Modern therapy is much more self-directed and motivated then you may be thinking.
Based on my limited experience - maybe you should find a cognitive and/or dialectical behavioral therapist. The ways and means are pragmatic and down to earth - basically focusing on what you want to talk about and change, what you need to work through and how to develop better skills for dealing with those parts of life.

But many therapists aren't good (and many who are good in other ways have a huge blind spot when it comes to sexuality/kink issues), hence the need for specific, local recommendations.

National Coalition for Sexual Freedom has a kink aware professionals list.
Fetlife may also have some leads. There are Philly area groups, and psychology area groups, and even a mefite group there!
