Help Tracking Down Poem

Poem/story filter: Help me track down a poem I heard a long time ago.
Maybe 10 years ago I heard what I think was a poem about a mother who lets her son look at her breasts because he was growing up and getting curious about girls. The story is not erotic at all, and is in fact very tender. I remember really enjoying it, but haven't had any luck tracking it down. I think it was a poem, but it might have just been a short story. Either way, it was in a book and the the story couldn't have take up more than a few pages in the book.
