Illustrator's portfolio website with great flash work?

This is a long shot: I'm looking for a digital illustrator's portfolio website that I saw previewed on a portal a while ago. His/Her work was soft edged, used lots of color and almost watercolor-type brushes (digital). The site was done in flash and had amazing "watery ripple" transitions in between sections, almost like a dream sequence on tv shows. I also remember you could pickup a mock brush and play with it as well.

Not that this is much help, but I saw it too. Beautiful site! Like you, I don't remember the link. The only other detail I can add is that he designed some sites for fancy restaurants.
