Are there any good free boilerplate contracts for a writer assigned to do a regular column?
I have recently been offered a freelance writing gig in which I will be writing a quarterly column for an online publication. Most of the basic terms have been agreed upon. I would like to have a signed agreement to protect both parties and make sure that I maintain rights to the work. Are there any resources online (or in print) that I could use for the basis of my agreement?
