Help me find a modifiable source file for creating a Madlibs-type game in Flash.

Does anyone know where I can find a (preferably free) source file that will allow me to create a Madlibs-style, fill-in-the-blank game in Flash?

That's pretty specific.

There's a jQuery one here, if that's any help though.
