Super Scotch Tape: Does anyone know a source for this particular kind of tape?
I've run into this type of tape inside electronic equipment usually keeping wires organized.
It's transparent, ~10 mm wide, and adheres very strongly.
It's also more rigid than standard scotch tape and definitely thicker.
Once peeled off it cannot really be used again because some of the adhesive usually stays behind.
Also, the act of peeling bends it into a shape that it wants to stay in, which makes me wonder if the tape is applied with the addition of heat to make it conform to the surface it is being applied to, possibly also activating the adhesive.
Is anybody familiar with this particular type of tape?
