Deburring stainless parts- needs help!

Can anyone offer suggestions on how to extend / enhance performance of Silicon Carbide Convolute Wheels? I am using a pedestal grinder to deburr stainless steel parts we've manufactured. I am using Klingspor 8" hard wheels. We just put a new wheel on & it didn't take very long for the wheel to get out of round/ deformed. It becomes difficult to hold the part to deburr it- shaking/ wobbling. What am I doing wrong? How can I improve things?

Are you periodically dressing the grinding wheel? Was the wheel not put on properly when replaced & is now off center?

Do you have a link to the style of wheel you are using?

I've killed flap wheels by being overly agressive with them early on after which it's "spin spin spin thunk spin spin spin thunk spin spin spin thunk" every second or so with the thunk getting thunkier as time went on.

If your wheel isn't well centered on your machine it can do this kind of thing.

I think it's being centered correctly. I think it's likely I am overly aggressive w/ it in the beginning- will watch that. I have not been dressing it, but will get something to do this with.
