What does this mean?: מה העניינים אני צריכה ללמוד למבחן אבל אין לי כח

My friend wrote me this in a recent email. I only know the odd word in Hebrew, so all I recognise in this sentence are the words aval, ani, and li. What's it say?

It says:

*Hey what's up? I need to study for a test, but don't have the energy.*

You can write back:
אני אעזור לך שיהיה לך כח.

*I will help you so you'll have the energy.*
