Can you translate what's written on the packaging of this Peking duck?

My SO wooed me with this Peking duck from his visit to Beijing. (4.5 MB pictures for zoomability purposes) Can you provide a brief translation to find out what the cooking instructions are? Thank you!

Also, feel free to share amazing suggestions/recipes for the duck or side dishes!
(Experienced cook + Great availability of Chinese ingredients = Yum!)

Best answer: 1. By deep frying -- Heat oil in a pot/wok to 70-80 degrees Celsius. Place the duck meat on a rack above the pot/wok. Using a ladle, scoop the hot oil and pour evenly over the duck, for about 10 minutes.

2. By dry frying (i.e. minimal oil) -- Slice the duck meat and dry fry for about 1-2 minutes.

3. Serving directly -- Thinly slice the duck meat and wrap in lotus-leaf pancakes (see second and third pictures here) together with the sweet sauce (included in the packet) and spring onion. (note: This is the way Peking duck should be eaten - as illustrated in this video)

4. On long journeys, you may eat out of the packet.

5. The flavour will be improved if you heat up the duck in an oven or microwave oven.
