What should I do with red melon seeds? Do I have to hull them? What's the best way? Is there anything good I can do other than just eat them?

Best answer: You hull them by cracking them between your teeth, extracting the seed with your tongue, and making a little pile of discarded hulls in front of you, as you play an asian card game that only my tiny asian grandma and her friends seem to know the rules to.

Best answer: You can add melon seeds to rice Horchata to give it a different flavor. Here's a recipe, you can substitute some of the rice with melon seeds.

However, I've never had red melon, so I'm not sure if the taste is similar to the regular variety.
