Creative writing prompts, blogs, pages, communities?

Inspired by this post, I'm interested in pages that combine creative writing prompts and tasks with a blog-type personal page.

There are plenty of creative writing pages out there, but are there any on which you can create an account and be given a daily writing task or prompt? Bonus if there's a community that can vote and comment on your writing as well. Free sites only, please.

LiveJournal.com has daily writing prompts, and some are excellent, but some are incredibly awful. There are lots of archived questions/prompts, though, so you can fill in with an old one on a day when there's a really terrible one!
