Wire T-shirt design

Help me fine-tune this The Wire inspired t-shirt I'm design!
Here is the basic idea. I'm not going to sell it. Just want to make it for myself.
I'm not a designer. I want it to look professional though. What little (or big) things can I do or should I be paying attention to that I'm not aware of? Should the text be a certain distance from the sides, bottom and top of the shirt? Any recommendations for typfaces to use? Really, any and all advice is more than welcome. Thanks!

I can't help you with the design, but I believe it'd be more accurately spelled "sheit". All those "I"s on the front just make it read like you're shushing someone ("shhhhhh"). I like the idea though.

I agree with bizwank. Also, the fun is having a sharp end -- so something like "SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIT" looks better than "SHEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIITTTTTT", which sounds more accurate than SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEETTTTTT". I'd advise against repeating the H too many times, either, because Clay Davis's nasally tone usually starts it out quick. Maybe even shorten the I's: SHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIT. Or SSHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIT, just to make sure that the start doesn't look like a 'she'.
Here's some reference material.

Aesthetically, I would prefer just "SHEEEEEEE" (single line, or *maybe* two lines) and "IT" on the back. Block letters all over your body doesn't look so flattering or cool. But then I'm not a guy.

Just for your own reference, though that actor did say that in the Wire, he said it first in 25th Hour.

It's actually a personal quirk of the actor that has been incorporated into parts he has played throughout his career (where apt).
SHEEEEEEEEIIT
Have a look at this t-shirt for more Wirey goodness.

Be very mindful of margins. I'd mock it up on a white t-shirt with a magic marker so you can see how it reads when it's actually hanging on a person's body. Also, consider whether you want to tuck it in or not.

I think it would be better if you had a picture of Davis on the front with a word bubble that wrapped around to the back.

I think it would be stronger if it was a one-sided design.

I prefer the two sided design (harder to claim it's a curse word too), and I agree with mullacc that a picture would be great.

Don't use a picture, anyone who will recognize him from a picture will recognize the phrase without a picture. I vote for bread-eater's deisgn, it's punchier.

Maybe a screened back image of Clay Davis on the front/back?
