Do you know where online I can watch the French Open with English commentary? I've been watching it (or rather listening to it) on ESPN3, but there is absolutely no commentary. As I'm watching it in snatches at work, it's kind of nice to have the commenters natter on a bit, so I can catch up on what I've missed. I do not just want recap sports shows, but rather the actual matches (preferably as live as ESPN3, but recorded for the next day would be interesting as well). Thanks.

Best answer: It's not video, but Roland Garros radio is pretty good - and totally live. If you care about the big matches (Federer, Nadal, Dementieva, etc), RG radio in combination with ESPN3 would probably accomplish what you want.

Response by poster: That is pretty good! The video on ESPN3 lags a few seconds behind the radio, but that's perfect because if I hear something exciting on the radio, I can click over just in time to watch it! Any other suggestions for online video/radio of the Open would be appreciated still. Sometimes I like watching the minor matches (doubles, etc).

There's always atdhe.net which has various streams including CBS live (and one marked as Roland Garros if you click the watch sports link at the top, not sure where that stream is from). Though I like the idea of radio plus ESPN. I do that sometimes too with the ESPN3 NBA games.

Streams from atdhe.net can be iffy, though - I've had some where the audio keeps repeating itself with a 5-10 second lag. Livescorehunter gives you a variety of options (including some from atdhe) - I've been able to find quite a few feeds from Eurosport UK.
