MyStickies functionality for sites requiring login

I need something like MyStickies (http://www.mystickies.com/) that works for sites behind logins. If it ran locally on my machine, that would be fine, but isn't a requirement.

I need to add notes to pages I'm viewing. They can be private or publicly viewable if need be, I really don't care either way.

I'm already a TiddlyWiki user, but I want my added data to be visible on the page I'm visiting, or adjacent to it. Also, I'd like to be able to see all my notes, and even search them.

I've tried Google's sidewiki and it won't work on sites that I have to log into.
