What song is this, and where have I seen it?

What is this song and where has it been used in popular visual media, especially the movies? I know it's not Raymond Scott's Powerhouse but I feel it's been used in similar factory / assembly line situations.

I swear, when I hear the opening notes I can almost see a scene from a particular movie, but it's escaping me. Even if no one names the scene at least if I get the title of the music I can start looking it up.

Response by poster: I just had a flash, thinking it was from the Hula Hoop scene in Hudsucker Proxy, but that appears to be a similar yet different tune.

Best answer: Breakfast Machine from the film Pee-wee's Big Adventure

According to Shazam, It's Breakfast Machine, from the soundtrack to Pee Wee's Big Adventure, but I think it might actually be the overture.

Err, hit post too fast, forgot to link my source. I believe one of the first uses of that loop, was the blue ball machine meme.

Response by poster: fontophilic: thank you so very much! I never would have remembered it being from that movie.

The Bellman: when am I going to remember that I have Shazam on my phone and actually use it? I feel like an idiot.

Threeway Handshake: if it was a popup on the video I linked, I missed it. Before the song even ended I got frantic and started opening tabs and preparing this question.
