Looking for a good quality noise cancelling neckband headset

What's the best noise cancelling neckband headset that's adjustable and similar in sound/noise cancellation quality to the Sennheiser PXC 150/250 series?

I'm used to and very happy with the Sennheisers I've had in the past but I'd prefer a neckband version. However I haven't had much luck with Sennheiser's MM100 (which I got for my mobile phone): can't get it to fit properly (it also doesn't have noise cancellation). There's a few noise cancelling neckband headsets out there but could use some expert advice. The Philips SHN5500 for example, sounds promising because it's adjustable to ensure it fits my odd ears but apparently the quality is sub par.

I use them all day every day so comfort is important, and earbuds don't work for me.
