Translation help: Japanese water bottle cleaning solution instructions

Are there any speakers (well, readers, technically) of Japanese who would be so kind as to translate the instructions on my water-bottle cleaning solution? I know it's basically "add water" but I'm look for specifics. Links to photos inside.

The link to the photos is here. Thank you so much!

Best answer: Put lukewarm water into water bottle. Put in one pack (15g) of the cleaning solution. The aluminum packet can be cut open with scissors. Leave in for about 60 to 120 minutes. Cut out the "Cleaning(the red square at the bottom that has "ただいま洗浄中" written on it)" label and put it on the bottle where visible while cleaning. When the time is up, throw out the water and wash out 2 to 3 times. If you want to wash the upper part of the bottle or the lid, make sure it is steeped in the solution as well.

Not word for word at all, but that's what it basically says.
