Transcript request (Dean vs. Perle)

Yesterday Howard Dean debated Richard Perle at Pacific University (Tom McCall Forum). The topic was "American Foreign Policy Post 9/11". I've been dying to find a transcript (or better yet, a c-span stream) of the event, but to no avail. Anyone?

All I know is that there word "Nike" may have come up at one time or another.

Not a stream, but this thread on dailykos (via Wonkette) has lots of comments including some eyewitness accounts.
