Where can I find these great pants?

Looking for a very specific kind of men's pajama pants. Or, barring that, men's pajama pants recommendations.

My boyfriend has an awesome pair of pajama pants that are ripped! Oh no! So I want to get him a new pair. They're a lightweight 100% cotton blue striped elastic/drawstring waist pant. They're made by a label called "High Sierra". The only other identifying details on this are "RN 48557" and "VN 0048595". Google has led me nowhere.

If this is impossible (which is what I believe, as these pants don't seem to exist) then where else can I go to look for similar types of pants?

-100% cotton, very lightweight (have plenty of cold-weather pants already)
-simple patterns or solid color, nothing cutesy
-elastic waist, with or without drawstring
-cheap! I don't want to pay $30 or more
-don't need the set, just pants is fine

You should get him organic cotton, it's so soft, you won't believe it.

Here are a pair that are very light-weight, have elastic and drawstring, no itchy tag and are just $29.95.

I think that High Sierra was a house brand of Mervyns, who declared bankruptcy. Can't help you find these pants, but it may be time to look elsewhere for a replacement.

I swear by Botany 500 pajamas with no buttons. Not very available on the web, I buy mine in person at an oldschool clothing store. Very thin cotton, like linen. Cheap. They come in various old-man colors and patterns, and are available in short sleeves/long legs, short/short, short/long.

Oh, but they're 60/40 cotton-poly. Not sure if that's a dealbreaker.

I've bought really lightweight cotton PJ pants at Target. I think they were around $20. I still have the first pair I bought about 3 or four years ago. Elastic band with a drawstring, solid colors and a fly... this is important.

This pair at the Gap might work.

Does it have to be online? I was trying to remember where I'd seen the High Sierra brand and I'm betting it's Marshall's/TJ Maxx. Even if they don't have that particular style, every Marshall's or TJ Maxx I've been to has carried a variety of mens' pyjama pants in the $14.99 - $19.99 range.
