this is a new dawn

Help sought in identifying the song. Trip-hoppy, moody backing track with a male spoken sample saying: "Don't cry. You're gonna be a big man someday. This is a new dawn!"

Heard on French radio. The sample text may be misremembered a tiny bit, but it was something very similar to that. It may even be two different people, or from two sources of the same person. The speaker had a kind of strange, funny, distinctive voice, and the sample sounded as if it was from a TV show, movie, or speech. Googling is not helping. I have faith in your infinite obscurantist wisdom!

This is a bit of a stretch, but could it be the Muse cover of Feeling Good?

Response by poster: Unfortunately not. Thanks though! I'm pretty sure the song I'm looking for has no actual singing in it; just the backing track and the spoken sample.

No specific lyrics come to mind, but you might check out something by Faithless... The male vocalist has a very distinct accent, as best heard in Mass Destruction.
