Please help me get a foursquare project approved!

Any idea what the response rate is on Foursquare offers? i.e. Get a free large drink if you show cashiers that you checked in.

Where are you located? if you're in San Francisco, I imagine the response rate is much higher than say.. York, Pennsylvania, to pick on my hometown.

I think if you're worried about initial response, only offer the perk to Mayor. This still encourages check-ins, but only one person at a time can claim the perk. I have no experience on the retail side to offer anecdotal numbers...

Have you tried contacting Foursquare? They have a page for businesses and probably have access to some analytics from their most enthusiastic current partners.
