Help me find a PCI-Express Wireless-N network adapter with combined bluetooth support

I can only find wifi adapters for wireless-n & bluetooth available in pci-e mini cards designed for laptops.

Is there a manufacturer of PCI or PCI-express cards?

I will also require linux drivers.

There are plenty of companies that make internal 802.11n adapters, but I'm not aware of anything similar for Bluetooth. Is there any reason you can't just use one of the many ridiculously tiny USB adapters available?
