Short-run DVD self-publishing UK

I'm in the UK, looking to publish a DVD of a school play on a service like lulu.com, but their shipping charges are ridiculous! Any suggestions?

It'll be a super-short run, 60-100 copies, and ideally I'd like people to be able to order it themselves online. Alternatively, we'll put in an order of 60-100 and sell them ourselves. Proper DVD cases, rather than CD jewel cases, a bonus.

There ought to be local DVD publishing houses in any large city.

But for 60-100 copies why not burn them yourself with a PC? You could easily sell on ebay or set up your own website, and then burn + ship as they're ordered.

(... as an alternative, you could also upload it to Youtube?)
