Custom liquor production slash distilleries in Spain?

I'm looking for a company in Spain that's willing to create a custom liquor / liqueur based on an existing product.

I'm in a bit of a bind - the company for which I work used to get a specific alcoholic product from Spain many years ago. Now we're essentially out of stock, and the distillery we used to use back in the day is apparently gone, not that it matters because the last time they produced it they told us point blank it'd be the last batch they could make.

My boss would like for me to find someone else in Spain willing to make a custom liquor / liqueur. We have samples of the old product that we could send so that they could formulate something as close as possible to the original. I know that there are custom liquor producers in the US that might be willing to conquer this task, but my boss insists that the old product was Spanish so the new product has to be, or people won't want it.

I can speak some conversational Spanish, but my written (deep web searching) Spanish isn't quite up to this particular task. I'm guessing that there isn't a company that'll do this, but if anyone could find out, it's you guys.

Second-best answer: if you do know someone in the US that would love this kind of challenge, let me know. I'd be curious to have the conversation in English and also get a rate quote so that I can present an alternate proposal to my boss.

(Sorry I'm being a little bit vague here, but I don't want to name the product outright for fear it'll appear on search results in the future. I don't think anyone else has this crazy idea, but I'd rather not share my company's thoughts out loud. If you have specific questions I'd be glad to answer as best possible here or I will gladly answer in full via mail.)

Check out alibaba.com. I am sure you can find a supplier through them but you'll need to put in a request for quotes of service. If you are in Europe some companies may have an agent in your country.

Response by poster: Thanks for the response. I didn't figure I'd get much of anything, so I appreciate you adding what you can.
