Grandma's getting tired of standing up

Looking for a chair that will suit my invalid grandmother's needs

Grandma is 104, suffering from Alzheimer's and her chair just broke and is beyond repair. It was a lightweight recliner with a pedestal base and separate footrest. Built on a tubular frame with vinyl upholstery, it was easily cleaned and ideal for her to spend the day in comfortably and could easily be moved into her bedroom where it did double duty as a sleeper for myself or other family members when she was having a rough night and needed a loved one nearby.

Best of all, it was inexpensive (sub $150). Can anyone help us find a replacement ASAP? Looks are secondary to functionality. This chair was actually cheap office furniture.

Best answer: I have a version of this lounge chair and find it very comfortable and portable. Mine is heavier-duty as I'm a big gal, but this size should work for your grandma. They have other recliner's as well. I think outdoor furniture might be your best bet for cost and function.

Response by poster: Thanks for the recommendation. I got lucky and found this chair which is almost identical the the old one but will take a few days to arrive. One of my cousins is on their way to BB&B as I type to pick up one of their recliners as a temp chair for Grandma.
