Where are good places to volunteer in Austin, Texas to meet hip people in their 20s?

I'm trying to make new friends, as many of my closest friends have moved away. My work does not lend itself to meeting coll young people. I want to meet hip, 20-something people, I guess you might even say hipsters. I think the best way would be by volunteering with some kind of organization that these type of people are involved with. What organizations would be a good way to meet these types of people? I know something to do with arts might be a good fit, but I'm not having any luck finding many of these organizations searching online.

I don't know much about either, but my business partner met a lot of people though the Young Men's Business League (the sister charity is the Young Women's Alliance). Not sure they are hipsters (since I am not quite sure what that connotes) but he met many quality people who are his friends today. The charity they raise money for is the Austin Sunshine Camps.

ha ha i was going to volunteer for yellow bike, but then my work schedule changed. Yellow bike is a really cool idea. Probably a loft of fun people there and if you put in enough time you may even get a bike out of it.

Also, if you write, or are interested in writing or other creative endeavors, I am in a writing group that meets every tuesday in two different capacities. 1st and 3rd tuesdays are "Workshops" bring your writing and we discuss it, or provide feedback on others.
2nd and 4th are "salon" meetings and these are at various locations, drinks, dinner, karaoke, etc. It's part social part intellectual. Next week is a workshop, but memail me for details if you are interested. Lots of cool people and we are all in our twenties.
