Simple economics simulation for demonstrating economic concepts and instilling a gut feel for what various regulatory interventions would do?
The target user would be someone who's smart, but who doesn't have the best grasp of economic concepts, and who might not be aware of this. Are there teaching tools available to help him learn, and to help him see that he needs to learn?
I'm thinking something like a lab version of Tim Harford's The Undercover Economist. Ideally it'd be web-based or downloadable, and free...
