Does the hive mind have any experience with move-out inspections at buildings managed by DelRent?
We've been renting a condo managed by DelRent (the property management arm of Tridel) in downtown Toronto. We're moving into our first house this weekend, and the move-out inspection at the condo is on Sunday. Neither of us has ever gone through a move-out inspection before, but we've both heard horror stories, and neither of us knows anyone who's moved out of a DelRent apartment either.
Does anyone have any experience with DelRent here? Any particular things to look out for? How does the process go in general? Any advice or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
