Want PHP/MySQL based toolkit to create web community.

A PHP-based system for creating a Yahoo-Groups alike site? [+]
I want to create a community web site that works like a Yahoo Group, only I want to do it on my own site which runs PHP/MySQL. Ideally, perfect features I'd like are:
Signups by invitation only (A la Gmail)
Message board(s)
Photo albums/sharing (Gallery?)
Chat
Per-user blogs
Ideally, users posting should be able to decide whether their content is available only to logged-in users or to anyone.
Does such a thing exist? (Free, preferably!)
