Looking for Accom in UK

I'm looking for hotel suggestions in the following cities: London (Kings Cross) Liverpool (Lime Street) Bristol (Bristol Parkway) Looking for a cheapish accommodation (ideally under 75) with FREE Wi-Fi. Will be traveling around so a sublet won't work this time. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't help much, but I do know that Bristol Parkway is very much Bristol's second station, and is in a residential area with few local hotels or B&Bs and (if you e.g. get the last train in) limited transport to central Bristol. There is a nearby Holiday Inn Express if you're set on using Parkway, but I'd recommend using Bristol Temple Meads station, which is much closer to the centre of town and the hotels, bars and so on...

Travel Inn's are typically cheap and many are nice. Liverpool's Albert Dock Travel inn has great rooms (though it's a little walk into town-- there's one nearer Lime Street, but the rooms are completely ordinary, though fine).

Free Wifi is not really a phenomenon in the UK. I've always had to pay extra even in classier hotels, except possibly in lobbies. There is McDonalds however.

I'm not so sure - there seems to be plenty of free wifi in pubs, bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, libraries and museums. As with any country, wifi in hotels is more likely to be free in mid-range and budget establishments.

I think that Best Western and Radisson SAS hotels have free WiFi as a standard offering.

You could probably get a studio at the Citadines Holborn Covent Garden for about £100 a night - and that would include a kitchenette, which would help keep your costs down. It's about a 15-minute walk from King's Cross and very central. It had free wired high-speed Internet when I last stayed there.

What cromagnon said. You can easily get a train from Bristol Parkway to Temple Meads, it won't cost much and will take at most 10 minutes. Central Bristol is rammed with decent, cheap hotels.

Try this site for the area you are looking to stay.

From a brief glimpse, much of it is The Cloud, eg subscription, or you have to buy something in the pub, restaurant or whatever to log in.

We had a good experience with the Macdonald Bed and Breakfast by King's Cross. Clean, basic, well-located, very friendly. CHEAP.

There are three Travelodges near Kings Cross. WiFi isn't free, but it is £10/24 hours.
