Slay clone for Mac?

Is there a "Slay" clone for Mac? I'm talking about the casual strategy game so popular on iPhones.

My wife is crazy for Slay, but we only have Mac computers and no iPhone/iPod touch. She's been recommended a few more intense strategy games like Hearts of Iron or Europa Universalis, but both leave her cold. Any ideas? Recommendations?

It looks simple enough, have you tried running the windows version using wine/crossover/parallels?

If you haven't taken a look at Battle for Wesnoth, it's pretty fun. Multi platform and open source. Win, win.

Came in here to suggest Battle of Westnoth. Otherwise the 'Battalion' series of games on Kongregate.com might scratch your itch.

wine/crossover/parallels/vmware/bootcamp are ways to run PC software on the Mac. Some are free, some you have to pay...some you have to pay and buy a windows license.
