How creepy am I?

While reading and posting in this thread I noticed a lot of people thinking that it's particularly creepy for an older man to hit on a much younger woman. It got me thinking about men who are older and in relationships with younger women and what the general opinion of women is regarding this. So my question, ladies of MeFi; do you generally find it creepy or distasteful when older men date younger women? And if so, why?

I swear to (whatever you find sacred) I'm not trolling here. I just wondered what the views and opinions are of your average woman regarding this--in the words of one poster: only-common-in-Hollywood-practice.

I try not to, like, judge, dude.

Framing this another way, I don't question individual decisions made by individuals, but I DO question the social and cultural forces that affect and guide those decisions. One older guy marrying one younger woman is not newsworthy. A culture that devalues and desexualizes older women is creepy and distasteful.
