How can I manage student, teacher and class data simply?

Is there anything out there to help me manage the data for a small private language school? We don't need timetable software but rather something simple to help us produce monthly records, attendance sheets, teacher hours. Bonus for cross platform or web based. Extra bonus for something in Spanish too...
The school secretary is not the most technological of people so any solution will have to be really simple, I looked at Centre SIS and it's just too complicated for her.

It's not the most beautiful software, but Microsoft Access was built for this kind of record keeping. I'm certain it's available in Spanish and there's quite a bit of training available on the internet.

Alternatively, there is a web service called Fresh Books that has a lot of the functionality you're looking for. It's not as robust as Access and I can't vouch for its usability, but it seems to have a clean interface with the capability to produce invoices, records, and so on. The site also offers a free trial, so you can see if it works for you.
