Upload mp3 into a teleconference?

I have an mp3 file. Can you recommend a teleconference service that will let me upload the file, so that we can give people a phone number and they'll hear the recording?

Normally, you record your audio directly to the teleconferencing service. But we have an mp3 already we'd like to use. Any rec's or options would be appreciated.

I think GoToMeeting.com does this. Call to be sure, they might be able to do it for you. Not sure if they will charge more for it though.
