What criminal justice policies make you angry/ happy/ sad/ want to leave society?

Yes, there are a lot of fairly contentious policies that spring to mind, like the death penalty, disproportionate sentencing for crack cocaine vs. regular cocaine, three strikes policies, etc., but I'm trying to think of something a little more unique/ not as widely discussed. So what sort of policies in criminal justice capture your interest?

The deafening silence regarding jury nullification, which in my opinion should be shouted about from the rooftops.

Suppression makes me angry and happy. As a member of society as a whole, it sucks that the smoking gun in, say, a horrific murder rampage can be tossed as evidence because the police mishandled it; as a believer in the constitutional rights of each individual member of society, I love it.

the use of civil law to punish alleged criminal activity. the best example of this is the US Government's policy of confiscating cash with little or no proof of criminal behavior.
