blanket release for filming needed ASAP

Need a blanket release form for filming tonight.

I've volunteered to shoot some crowd footage at a film screening tonight, and we need a blanket release form to basically put up on the door, saying there is filming going on inside, and if you go inside you will be filmed. I've done some searching and can't find anything that doesn't have to be signed by the participants.

Does such a thing exist? The woman in charge of the screening seems to think so (she's also asking around, but as time is of the essence, I thought I'd ask you good folks as well.)

Thanks in advance.

This isn't that helpful, but I will confirm that I have seen such postings on the doors of places where there was filming. It was at a student operation, though, so not exactly the most professional of situations. Is there any kind of local filmmaker org that you could talk to?

Best answer: Here's one for Damages (an FX show): release sign

Another one, that's a bit hard to read.

I would recommend posting on the door as ishotjr says. Maybe having someone at the door as well telling people about it, and that if they do not want to be filmed to sit near the back.

If you interview anyone, have them clearly state and spell their name on camera, and give permission for the footage to be used.

You could transcribe this and post it at the entrance.

Response by poster: I transcribed the "Damages" sign, but when I got there someone already had a sign up! Oh well -- thanks for the suggestions.
