Replacing a dancing kilt.

Best place to have a women's dancing kilt made, then best place on the west coast to have a women's dancing kilt made. Thank you.

My spouse's much loved dancing kilt has shrunk beyond alteration. I know I'll have to let her in on the replacement (Christmas, anniversary?) but I would like to do the initial research (read cost) first.

have you considered looking at a specialty made from places like Etsy?
