In need of awesome ideas for homemade CD packaging.

I'm done with my swap CD, but I'm looking for sleeve design inspiration and/or templates.

I have a working knowledge of (CS3) InDesign and Photoshop (and can sometimes muck about in Illustrator) but no formal graphic design training. I like to think I'm a decently talented amateur. I'm looking for simple design examples I can steal ideas get inspired by and/or InDesign templates to use as a guide.

I have one template that came with C3 but, for the life of me, I can't figure out how to use it...what gets folded, where.

2-12 panel insert templates and more. Templates for up to 16 panel poster fold. Both sites show how things fold, more or less.

MixCD cover examples.

(None of the above is too awe-inspiring, sorry - pretty stock stuff, but a good starting point, i think. For a shot of commercial inspiration: 99 album covers that someone this are the best for their design)

Coudal Partners produce nice jewelboxes they call Jewelboxing, and have an Examples + Inspirations page.

CD Art: Innovation in CD Packaging Design is a good visual survey of commercial (rather than home-made) CD packaging design.
