Where to go in Carribean for a group of single guys?

What's the best carribean destination for 3 single guys in their late 20s - early 30s?

Me and a couple of friends want to take a break from the cold weather and go to some beach island in the carribean. We're all single straight male professionals in our late 20s - early 30s. The only time we can go is mid-February, which is Valentines craziness. Where can we go that there will be like-minded singles, and the place won't be completely filled by couples/families?

I'd volunteer Costa Rica. It's not an island but it is pretty fabulous and beachy.

Unless it has changed a lot in the last 5 or so years I can give you the thumbs down on Grand Bahama Island. Nightlife was pretty dead. Granted there was a bunch of so we made our own fun but we didn't meet many like minded others.

St. Kitts has a pretty active nightlife. Grenada is often a good value, and there are some rocking clubs, but even though the language of Grenada is English, most of the other travelers aren't English speakers (which may be a plus or a minus for you). And there's always Jamaica.

Agree about Grand Bahama Island nightlife--it's either drunk college kids or families in my experience. Curacao has approximately zero nightlife. Aruba is all honeymooners all the time. Vieques is gorgeous but if it has a big nightlife scene, I missed it.

If you guys wanna get out of control, go to Carnival in Trinidad which is mid-February. Then head over to Tobago for some chill time.

If you want to just party, eat, and chill, I would head to Playa Del Carmen, which is just south of Cancun. Plenty of all-inclusive resorts with a great little town with awesome night-life.
