How best do I use Burrrn? [more inside]

Mentioned before a few times, Burrn gives you a ReplayGain option. Do any MeFites know how to use this properly? For optimum results should I use album adjustment or track adjustment? And what about the settings? Dither, noise shaping, 6dB Limiter. I is confused. I have many mp3s of varying volume and y'know, I really want to be able to make the best CDs I possibly can.

If there is a better way of controlling the volume in this process that I am not aware of, feel free to tell me. iTunes is ineffective (for me anyway).

If you listen to the mp3s in album blocks, use the album adjustment - keeps the tracks relative to each other.

If you listen on random, track adjustment is what you want.
