Appointment Template in Outlook

Outlook 2007 Calendar: Is there a way of making an appointment template for non-recurring events?

I am doing work that carries the same information in an Outlook appointment, but it only happens occasionally but often enough to be annoying to make a new appointment in Outlook.

Is there a way of making a template and saving it and adding it into a day in the Outlook Calendar?

There is a way of creating you own template appointment in Outlook 2007.

Tools-->Forms-->Design a Form

Then choose 'Appointment' and click Open.

From there you should be able tailor the appointment template and publish it. Just remember which folder you publish it to. Then you can click File-->New-->Choose Form and select the form you created from the folder you saved it in.
