Need a Christmas salutation in Spanish for a business letter...

Something to the effect of the following:

"Company X wishes all at Company Y a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year".

Doesn't have to be a direct translation to Spanish, just want something common and appropriate for a high-level and relatively impersonal business letter. Please no comments about the suitability of a Christmas greeting in the letter, I don't care for them.

¡La compañía X le desea muy felices fiestas y un próspero año nuevo a la compañía Y!

Include the accents and tildes because if you don't, it will say "prosperous anuses."

If I'm not mistaken, Max Camber's translation is more along the lines of "Happy Holidays" than "Merry Christmas".

But it's possible I'm mistaken, and it's also possible that this is not as much an issue as some people make it out to be.

(I won't try to do my own translation; I can read Spanish but I can't write it.)

"Nosotros de Company X les deseamos una feliz navidad y mucha prosperidad en el ano que viene." reads akin to "We from Company Y wish you a merry christmas and much prosperity in the coming year." Most spanish speakers I know don't really say "feliz ano nuevo" and just use "feliz ano" instead so I tried for a happy medium. (sorry no tilde on this keyboard!)

or

"Company X les desea a todos de Company Y una feliz navidad y prospero ano nuevo." This is bascially a direct translation of what you wrote but sounds a little stiff. Also, be sure to add accents and tildes where appropriate.

As emd3737 said, but with accents and tildes:
"Company X les desea a todos de Company Y una feliz navidad y un prospero año nuevo!".
It's kind of impersonal, but it feels very professional. Hope it helps.
