If you really are looking for things in or Near Quincy, MA you probably want to try
Alfredo's Restaurant‎ on Franklin Street, or Gennaro's Eatery on Blanchard Road

But remember your Just out side of Boston, your a 30-40 minute T ride from the North End. That's the Motherland of Italian Eating in Boston. Go to Hanover street in Town, once your north of Cross street Throw a Rock, The first place you hit will be the best food you've ever had in your life.

Unlikely, as you would probably end up in one of the many tourist traps that dot the North End. Even the tier above the tourist trap restaurants is a whole set of overpriced red sauce places and overpriced "nice" Italian places that are surviving on the North End brand and location alone.

Tosca in Hingham is pretty great.

Thanks--I lived in the North End for 7 years so very familiar with the fare offered there. This is a gift for someone that lives on the South Shore--I'm a North Shore kid so I've no clue what's decent in Qunicy!

I had a great meal once with my girlfriend's family at Mezzo Mare in Hull, but I've also heard that Saporito's, also in Hull, is really good.
