What does the "H" button do on our dishwasher?

We don't have the manual available for the dishwasher in our rented apartment, and it has two mysterious buttons (in addition to other controls that make sense to me). One is labelled "H", the other is labelled 45 (degrees) C. What do they do?

I can guess that 45 (degrees) C refers to a lower temperature of some part of the process, though I don't know which. I have no compelling ideas about the "H". I tried searching for the manual online, unsuccessfully.

My dishwasher is a different brand but has similar controls. On mine, one of the two odd buttons raises the water temperature above normal for heavy cleaning in the 'heavy' part of the cycle. The other button drops the temp to 45C for a rapid / light-duty cycle on the economy part of the dial.

Best answer: Sorry, that manual takes forever to download. Page 15 says:

45 - For water temperature at 45' (delicate program)
H - For the -Heavy - Super Wash" Program (special program for pots)

Page 17 has a chart that gives details of how the buttons affect various cycles, but there's no way to concisely summarize that here.

FWIW, I almost never use either button.

Off the top of my head the buttons look like they're made by EAO.

The look of that dishwasher, I'm betting that when you start taking the clean dishes out, it'll start singing "Daisy... Daisy... give me your answer do..."
