Need a Virtual Server

I am looking for a a virtual server - sitting somewhere in the cloud that can hold around 150 GB of information. I am thinking of Box.net - does anyone know of something better? Thanks!

Box.net is just a file storage service, not a VPS host. If that's what you're looking for, the standard first choice would be something like Amazon S3 or one of its competitors.

Some details about your goals and requirements would be helpful.

JungleDisk. Mounts as a network filesystem, lets you choose between Amazon S3 and Rackspace Cloud Files for the back end storage system.

Seconding JungleDisk. Keep in mind that 150GB is going to take a LONG time to upload unless you have some serious bandwidth. With that in mind, JungleDisk has been rock-solid for me over the past few years. Mainly use it for photos and critical information in case everything of mine went "poof".

If you don't need redundancy and just need want data in the cloud then you could consider getting a PogoPlug and connecting some hard drives.

I am using rsync.net as well; I use them for backup of email of my server. Very helpful --- tech support email is answered *very* quickly by one of their engineers.
